Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of experience in emerging tech
- Proven track record of shipping transformative products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture search, and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ projects with $10M+ commercial impact
