Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced neural network models for real-time robotics applications and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the research and development of scalable AI frameworks designed for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in edge computing environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for the "2026" initiative, ensuring alignment with industry standards and future-proofing our technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and software architecture patterns.
- Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2) and embedded systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
