Responsibilities

- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for competitive differentiation
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI initiatives across all business units
- Secure strategic partnerships with AI research institutions and technology providers
- Represent company vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility and M&A integration experience
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
