Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and communicate a clear, long-term technical vision for AI capabilities, aligning with business goals.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the execution of high-impact AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Tech Stack Architecture: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (LLMs, Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge AI) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into business value.
- R&D Governance: Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in anticipation of 2026 regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
