Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in R&D or innovation roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies (3+ major products)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
