Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar on emerging tech adoption curves
- Track record of commercializing bleeding-edge technologies (quantum/AI/AR)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog preferred)
