Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional task forces of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and climate tech specialists
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets for 2026 deliverables
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global climate initiatives
- Author industry thought leadership pieces published in Nature and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Strategic Innovation with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience managing budgets >$3M with 95%+ delivery success rate
- Speaker credentials at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent global forums
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
