Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline the long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with global market trends and future regulatory standards.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud architectures that are resilient to emerging threats and adaptable to rapid technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders, including investors, developers, and non-technical leadership.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead internal 'Future Tech Labs' to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 horizon.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the ethical implementation of new technologies, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Executive Management within the Fortune 500.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on 2026 trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to identify emerging market gaps and turn them into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Superior public speaking and presentation skills, capable of inspiring teams and audiences alike.
