Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and technology adoption programs
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading technology research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or advanced robotics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
