Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech (AI, biotech, Web3, or similar)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience leading global, cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep understanding of future market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
