Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
