Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for 2026-relevant technologies (quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, AGI precursors)
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and ROI
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum systems, AI ethics, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
