Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario models for climate-tech adaptation and ethical AI implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused principles into product development
- Produce strategic whitepapers and stakeholder briefings on emerging paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic and policy institutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend mapping
