- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 pilot projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing futures analysis team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technology forecasting and market analysis
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFS) preferred
- Experience scaling tech operations from concept to commercialization
