Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Represent company at industry forums shaping future policy standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating futures insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CFS) preferred
