Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and transportation sectors
- Design ethical frameworks for AI systems with 5+ year impact foresight
- Prototype scalable solutions using advanced materials science and biocompatible interfaces
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future technology regulations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, nanotechnology, or predictive modeling systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology Design preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating work with emerging tech standards (ISO 20890, IEEE 2026)
- Strong background in agile development for long-term innovation cycles
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
