Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on future capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in AI, IoT, or sustainable technologies preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD or MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
