Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for forward-looking initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
