Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with policy think tanks on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in our accelerator program
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and institutional investors
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit showcasing 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 7+ years in R&D leadership with 2020s-era tech commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology impacts
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (US/EU)
- Track record of scaling innovations from prototype to market
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Julia preferred)
- Experience with quantum algorithm design or neuromorphic hardware
