Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating moonshot projects (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Develop predictive models for emerging market disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and venture capital
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' symposium featuring industry disruptors
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5B+ market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
