Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Champion cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging engineering, design, and business strategy
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Build and lead a global network of futurist advisors and innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling technology-driven initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
