Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market evolution and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and bio-integrated systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting our industry
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders, translating complex technological trajectories into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, speculative design workshops, and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning, technology roadmapping, or innovation management
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercial implementation
