Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop innovation roadmaps for next-generation products in quantum computing and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proof business models
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
