- Analyze horizon-scanning data from AI, biotech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging challenges and opportunities
- Present evidence-based future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation paradigms for 2026 and beyond
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies or tech unicorns
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading innovation initiatives through full lifecycle from ideation to implementation
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFAP) strongly preferred
