Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and emerging technologies
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between R&D, product, and business units
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future-state forecasting models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience leading cross-cultural global innovation teams
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
