- Author white papers and thought leadership on long-term industry transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive leadership on investment decisions in emerging domains

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methods, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or projects
