Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain the company's innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct high-impact research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Organize and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research centers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi studies)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
