Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Translate foresight insights into market-ready opportunities and competitive advantages
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, or Web3
- Proven track record of translating futurist insights into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
