Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and facilitate high-stakes strategic workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in MIT Technology Review and Harvard Business Review
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 20+ concurrent R&D projects
- Champion ethical AI development frameworks through cross-functional governance councils
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented innovations or industry-altering frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% certification in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Pro, Trend Hunter)
