Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal impacts shaping 2026
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and implement corporate innovation incubators for 2026-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, neurotech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) or Futures Studies preferred
