- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption and disruption readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Author thought leadership content on 2026 technology and societal predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for 5-10 year future planning
