Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning for climate-tech disruption and carbon-neutral futures
- Direct $50M+ R&D portfolio in neuro-interfaces and decentralized networks
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen human-machine collaboration protocols
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI governance and biometric data sovereignty
- Present strategic forecasts to Fortune 100 executive councils and UN agencies
- Manage global innovation labs in SF, Singapore, and Berlin
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Systems Thinking (STIA) and Agile Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations deployed at scale
