Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological paradigms relevant to 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
