Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy
- Manage a team of futurists and technologists while fostering a culture of experimentation
- Present compelling tech forecasts to stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Certification in futurism or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP)
