Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional futurist initiatives across R&D, product, and policy divisions
- Pioneer scenario planning for global megatrends and black swan events
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with executive storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-gen foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercial impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
