Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections

- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Facilitate strategic workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state visions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for competitive advantage in emerging markets
- Present future forecasts at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market disruptions (case studies required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (TED, Davos, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
