- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and technological adoption readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts using scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or exponential tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development trajectories
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience designing human-centered AI governance frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology ecosystem impact predictions
