Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic business models
- Partner with R&D to translate scientific breakthroughs into market-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Guide organizational adaptation to disruptive technological and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across executive, technical, and academic spheres
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
