Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Quantify future market impacts through predictive modeling and data visualization
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and executive boards
- Curate emerging tech partnerships (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
