Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and company objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and their societal implications for strategic planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and innovation opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development pipelines
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence patterns
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategies
