Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech/societal trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence) through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy for 2026 market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using VR/AR simulation environments
- Present strategic insights at global innovation summits and client executive forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/D3.js
- Certification in Futures Research or relevant foresight methodology preferred
