Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational decision-making
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and innovation catalysts
- Translate foresight insights into concrete product roadmaps and business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information across disciplines
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Fluency in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
