Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic patterns through 2030
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
