Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global trends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and impact assessments for business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Design innovation frameworks and pilot programs for future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and maintain competitive intelligence databases
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
