- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops synthesizing AI, biotech, and climate science breakthroughs into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly 'State of 2026' reports for executive board, quantifying disruption risks and opportunity vectors
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Architect the company's 2026 technology transition roadmap, including quantum integration and neuro-interfaces
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors, quantifying potential ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that generated measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or climate modeling
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex interdependencies across technology, policy, and human behavior
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly, TechCast)
