Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional task forces in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for future-focused research
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
