Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026+ lens
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for global stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products and services
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and forward-looking industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and space commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar outlet
- Fluency in English with strategic language proficiency (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
