- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen technologies across verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product innovations
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and social disruptors
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership pieces on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network with futurist communities, VCs, and academic institutions
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
