Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and quantify emerging trends impacting 2026's business landscape
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and transition pathways
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market discontinuities
- Design and pilot innovation sprints to validate future-proof business models and customer experiences
- Establish KPIs to track organizational preparedness for 2026's technological and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent program
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
