Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption across 5 key industries by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing quantum-resistant infrastructure solutions
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic briefs for Fortune 100 clients
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and other innovation accelerators
- Architect sustainable tech roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in Python, R, and predictive modeling platforms
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Fluency in 2+ languages with global stakeholder management experience
